Shipping & Delivery

We're pleased to offer shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. However, we regret to inform you that we do not currently ship to Alaska & Hawaii. Additionally, please be aware that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APOs at this time. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All orders currently ship via Freight Carriers from our Fort Lauderdale warehouse. Once your item has been put on the freight carrier trailer at our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, you will receive an email containing your tracking URL.

For all local deliveries in South Florida, we have same day or next day delivery available depending on availability of items. Freight items (large furniture items such as sofas, sectionals, etc.) ship via a freight carrier and arrive within 1-3 weeks.

We currently offer four delivery options. Local Delivery Shipping, Threshold Shipping, Room of Choice Shipping, and White Glove Delivery. Please view 'Shipping' page for more details on each delivery option.

Yes, for items that ship freight you will have the ability to choose your delivery date. Once the item arrives at the final delivery station, the delivery team will contact you to schedule your home delivery so that you can choose a date that works best for you. 

Our shipping process requires a direct signature upon delivery for all packages, so please ensure that someone is home at the time of delivery.

Yes, the cushion covers on the Classic & Deluxe Collection sectionals are removable. 

Yes they are! Simply remove the covers you want to clean and place it in your washing machine. Set your washing machine to the 'Gentle Cycle', choose Cold Water, and use regular detergent (without bleach).

After washing, we recommend hang-drying your cushion covers. For optimal drying, it's best to hang them overnight to allow for maximum dry time before placing them back on.

Yup! Our fabrics provide excellent protection against water-based liquids such as water, coffee, sodas, juices, sports drinks, pet urine, and wine. However, it's important to note that while they can temporarily repel spills, they aren't completely waterproof or stainproof. If spills are left unattended, they may penetrate the fabric and cause staining.

The great news is that all our covers are removable and washable. This means that in case of spills or stains, you can easily remove the covers and launder them in a washing machine using a cold/delicate cycle. For tougher stains, we recommend professional dry cleaning.

Yes, all of our modular pieces are connected by strong metal brackets that prevent them from sliding and separating.
