Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Fin's Furniture for your furniture needs. We currently ship all furniture pieces within the continental United States (excluding Alaska/Hawaii) directly from our Fort Lauderdale, Florida warehouse. The delivery timeline is based upon the distance of the delivery destination from our warehouse, which typically takes between one to three weeks from the time the order is placed. Please note that due to high order volume during the holiday season we may experience additional delays. Please read the following shipping policies to understand our methods, processing times, shipping destinations, and tracking procedures.
Shipping Methods: We utilize trusted shipping carriers to deliver your furniture safely and efficiently. Our primary shipping methods include Local Delivery Shipping, Threshold Shipping, Room of Choice Shipping, and White Glove Delivery for select products. Each method is chosen to ensure the secure transportation of your furniture to its destination.
Local Delivery Shipping - If you are located within 100 miles of Fort Lauderdale, FL orders are delivered via our own Local Delivery team who will deliver the furniture inside your home.
Threshold Shipping - Includes delivery to first dry area which can be a garage or covered porch. This does not include inside delivery.
Room of Choice Shipping - Includes delivery to designated room of choice. This only includes up to two staircases.
White Glove Delivery - Includes delivery to designated room of choice and package removal. This only includes up to two staircases. Kindly ask the delivery team to keep all of the packaging if you feel a return might be a possibility.
Processing Time: Orders typically require 3-4 business days for processing before they are ready for shipment. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed outside of our business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to destinations within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers residing in these regions. We are constantly evaluating our shipping capabilities and hope to expand our reach in the future.
Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.

For Room of Choice Shipping & White Glove Delivery please ensure that the designated space is ready for delivery upon arrival.
Missed delivery appointments are subject to incur an additional fee. If you schedule a delivery appointment with the carrier, and the carrier shows up to the delivery location at the scheduled time and you are not there to accept the delivery, it is considered a missed delivery. You will be able to reschedule the delivery, but a missed delivery fee may apply.
