All returned items are inspected, and those in used or poor condition cannot be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Furniture returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For items with true defects, photos of the item and its original box must be taken to start an exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and the exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email finsfurniture@gmail.com with your name, order number, item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange along with photos.
